RUTSIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, publishing games under the name Happy Cloud World ("we", "us" or "our"), develops Plants Slap! Garden Guard (the "Game"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game or its website.
Information we process
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message and information you choose to provide. The Game and its service providers may process device and technical information, IP address and IP-derived approximate location, advertising identifiers, app usage and gameplay events, ad views and interactions, crash reports, performance data and fraud-prevention signals.
How information is used
- Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the Game.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Display, measure and limit the frequency of advertising.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
Advertising and analytics
The Game uses TopOn mediation and may request ads from Google AdMob, Pangle, ironSource/Unity, Chartboost and InMobi. The providers that fill an ad may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device/app information, ad interactions, diagnostics and anti-fraud signals under their own policies. Where required, personalized advertising is used only after the required choice or consent.

Purchases
If purchases are offered, Google Play or Apple processes payment details. We may receive limited product, transaction-status and entitlement information needed to deliver purchases, prevent fraud and support users.
Disclosure and international processing
Information may be disclosed to hosting, analytics, security, support and advertising providers for the purposes above, and to authorities or transaction advisers when legally required. Providers may process information in countries with different data-protection laws, subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information without the required authorization.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an opt-out from targeted advertising or certain disclosures. You may also manage advertising identifiers and privacy choices in the Game and device settings.
